25In the framework of the Russian working group of experts Oleg Davydov took part in the preparation of the report “DPRK Strategic Capabilities and Security on the Korean Peninsula: Looking Ahead”. It was a joint Russian-American project under the coordination of the Center for Energy Security Studies (Russia) and the International Institute for Strategic Studies (the USA).
The work began in January 2018 and was finished in June 2021. The international presentation of the document was held in the form of the videoconference on July 14, 2021.
