The latest issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 9, 2026) is being published. The issue opens with articles devoted to global issues – an analysis of regional responses to the challenges of globalization and the globalization of LNG markets. The central part of the issue is devoted to articles on European issues. These include materials on the EU’s migration diplomacy; on the attitude of centre‑left parties towards migration issues; on the prospects for EU expansion and the strategic narratives of the European Union’s foreign policy identity in comparison with Russia; and on the EU’s strategic resource projects. Issues of economic theory are addressed in the article on the post‑neoclassical paradigm of economic sustainability.

The latest issue of the Journal also contains materials on current transport and logistics issues: Russia’s Arctic experience for the North–South International Transport Corridor, logistics as the foundation of sustainability and the political subjectivity of the Sahel States Alliance.
