The next issue of the "MEMO Journal" (No. 6, 2026) is published. The issue opens with an article about changing the balance of power in multinational business.

The European section includes articles on the EU's view of the future of European security in the context of the Ukrainian conflict; on changes in the EU's party and political system in conditions of the transition to strategic autonomy; and on the pragmatization of right-wing populists in the European Parliament.

The heading "In the post-Soviet space" is entirely devoted to the South Caucasus. In it, the reader will find articles about the Islamic factor in this region and about the new balance in it in the context of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.

The issue also contains materials on the policy of the government of S. Takaichi in Japan; on strengthening Russia's military ties with African countries; and on the stages of cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council and the EU.

On August 5, 2026, an Off-Site Session of the International Scientific and Expert Forum "Primakov Readings" was held in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. The topic of the session was "Development of Central Asia in the Context of Global Instability: Risks and Opportunities". The off-site session was held on the sidelines of the VIII Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum at the Recreation center “Baytur Resort & SPA” on Lake Issyk-Kul.
