The next issue of the “MEMO Journal” (No. 4, 2026) is published. It has opened a new thematic section, "Great Britain facing modern challenges," which publishes articles on the United Kingdom's defense policy; on the factor of right-wing populism in British politics; and on the impact of global climate change on UK policy in the post-Brexit period. It also contains articles on the problems of individual parts of the United Kingdom: the crisis of consociational democracy in Northern Ireland and the economic aspect of Scotland's struggle for independence.

The heading "In the Post-Soviet space" is entirely devoted to Central Asia. Readers can familiarize themselves with articles on the counteraction of Central Asian states to religious radicalism; on integration processes in Central Asia and on the problems of sharing water resources between the countries of the region.

The Middle East theme is represented by articles on the logistical problems of the region: on the sustainability of international maritime transport in the Persian Gulf and on Iran's potential within the framework of the international North–South transport corridor.

The theme of China is covered by articles about China's perception and interpretation of the world order and the process of internationalization of the yuan.
