The next issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 11 for 2025) is being published. The issue opens with an article on foreign trade policy in a polycentric environment.

The current problems of international security are analyzed in the article on the sources of the arms race in the context of the US-Chinese confrontation in the Asia-Pacific region. The section on European issues includes articles on British policy in the Ukrainian conflict; on the environmental priorities of development policy in European regions; on the “integrated” approach to the defense of Europe, the possibilities of its implementation and the risks for Russia.

In January of 2026 the first issue of the MEMO Journal comes out. It opens with an article on the theory and prospects of the global dominance of the U.S. dollar. Economic topics are widely represented on the pages of the issue with materials on the problems of national economies and economic policy of major world and regional powers – the United States, Japan, and Pakistan.
