The next issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 11 for 2025) is being published. The issue opens with an article on foreign trade policy in a polycentric environment.

The current problems of international security are analyzed in the article on the sources of the arms race in the context of the US-Chinese confrontation in the Asia-Pacific region.
