The international information portal “Mezhdunarodniki”, which allows to consolidate the information and the project activities of the specialized Russian organizations into implementation of the priority tasks for the Russian foreign policy, was officially launched with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The IMEMO is one of the partners of the portal.

Russian non-profit organizations, which specialize in international relations, have been actively pursuing their activities and following the strategy and priority areas of the Russia's foreign policy for many years. However, the lack of awareness of the work plans of the partners resulted in the uneven distribution of the overall attention on the international agenda.

In search of a solution to this problem, there was developed a project, the aim of which was to consolidate the information and the project activities of the specialized Russian organizations into implementation of the priority tasks for the Russian foreign policy.

The information portal “Mezhdunarodniki” is an Internet resource, where the leading organizations specializing in foreign policy publish their own news and analytical materials, and thereby form a single calendar of the planned events.

Several categories of materials are provided with the placement on the portal:

  • the announcements of the events (conferences, forums, roundtables, etc.);
  • the information and the analytical materials on the situation in the international arena;
  • the announcements of the grant competitions for non-profit organizations of foreign policy orientation.
