Arbatov, which is devoted to a global issue - China's role and place in the system of relations to maintain strategic stability. There are many gray areas in this subject; hence, specialists have different opinions on the prospects for China's participation in strategic arms limitation talks. Arbatov expresses his views on this issue.

Chetverikova examines the investment ties of the "Visegrad Four" countries. An analysis of the specifics of Mongolia's foreign trade and the risks associated with it for Russia is the subject of an article by L. Bezrukov and A. Fartyshev.
The magazine returns to the issue of migration. This time, using Denmark as an example. The influence of one of this country's leading political parties, the People's Party, on the immigration policy of the authorities is explored in an article by A. Badaeva.
