Scientific and Theoretical Seminar “International Relations without Relations? European Studies in the Context of International Tension”

On March 27, 2025 at 16:00 in the Academician Inozemtsev conference hall the Scientific and Theoretical Seminar “International Relations without Relations? European Studies in the Context of International Tension” will be held.

The seminar is organized by IMEMO Joint Department at MGIMO University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation together with the Council of Young Scientists of IMEMO.

The Seminar will focus on the current development of European studies. European scholars will discuss how the study of the EU is developing and what challenges researchers face today. What new aspects of integration processes are in the field of view of Russian science? Why and how to study the politics and economy of the Union member states in the context of a crisis of confidence? How can European scholars deepen and expand their scientific field? What prospects does European studies offer for young scientists?
