12On October 20, 2020 Lead Researcher of the Department of International Political Problems Ekaterina Labetskaya took part in the online international scientific conference “International relations in the situation of the global uncertainty: history and modernity” and made a report "The Conflict-free (Trans)Arctic: Pro et contra" (in memory of the Commander-in-Chief of the United Armed Forces of the Warsaw Treaty Marshal of the Soviet Union Viktor Kulikov).
