Feodor Voitolovsky and Vladimir Avtonomov made reports at the scientific conference “The evolution of the academic economic science in Russia”, held at the Russian Academy of Science. The participants considered the issues of the development of the main schools of economic science, of their interdependence and of the impact of the world economy on the international relations.

Director of the IMEMO, Corresponding Member of the RAS Feodor Voitolovsky delivered a welcoming speech. He dedicated it to the contemporary issues affecting the entire world economy and politics both today and in the upcoming years.

Head of the Section for the Institutional Frame of Economy of the IMEMO, Corresponding Member of the RAS Vladimir Avtonomov made a report “Transfer of Economic Ideas between the West and Russia: the Case of Academician Storñh”. He spoke about the positions of the relations between Russian and Western economic science.
