On September 27, 2023 Maria Pavlova, Research Fellow of the Sector for Political Aspects of European Integration of the Department for European Political Studies, Cand. of Science (History), delivered a report "Modern Poland: Society, Energy, Technology" at the Inter-university Educational and Research Workshop "Europa Orientalis" organized by the Center of Polonistics of the Faculty of Humanities of the HSE University, the Center of Ukrainian and Belorussian Studies of the Faculty of History of Moscow State University and the Department of Modern Russian History of the Faculty of History of Russian State University for the Humanities.

The workshop attracted a large audience and sparked a lively discussion about development trends in Poland.
