Dmitry Stefanovich took part in the international expert meeting “Russia and Belarus: Alliance Security Infrastructure”, organized by the PIRC.
The issue of military security of Russia and Belarus rises a lot of concern in the western media and in the opposition circles of Belarusian society. The experts from Russia and from Belarus described the Russian military facilities in Belarus, the significance of the Open Skies Treaty in Russia-Belarus relations and the upcoming "West-2021" allied military maneuvers. They also compared the "West-2021" with the "Shield-84" military training exercises and with the response from the western countries.
