International seminar �The confidence-building measures and the new missile-related technologies�

Dmitry Stefanovich took part in the international seminar “The confidence-building measures and the new missile-related technologies”, which was organized by the Foundation for Strategic Research, France.

Dmitry Stefanovich pointed out the peculiar characteristics of the current stage of the proliferation of the advanced missile technologies for military and dual purposes, as well as the prospects for improvement of the existing international mechanisms for risk reduction, transparency and non-proliferation.

The seminar was held in the framework of the plenary session of the Hague Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation.
