Head of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Bharatiya Janata Party Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale visited Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the RAS.

Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale learned about the work activities of the Institute and had a meeting with Director of the IMEMO, Corresponding Member of the RAS Feodor Voitolovsky and Head of the Group on South Asia and Indian Ocean of the Center for Asia Pacific Studies of the IMEMO Cand. of Science (History) Alexey Kupriyanov. The participants of the meeting discussed the key problems of the bilateral relations, the situation in the neighboring countries and regions and some other issues of common concern. They agreed to expand the contact and develop the relations between the IMEMO RAS and Indian Scientific Analytical Centers.
