International Scientific and Practical Conference at MGIMO MFA of Russia

International Scientific and Practical Conference devoted to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation was held on September 22, 2022 at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The Head of the Sector for Central Asia of the Center for post-Soviet Studies, Dr. of Sciences (Politics) Dina Malysheva took part in the event with the speech: "Global Challenges of the Time and Responses of Kazakhstan and Russia".

During the conference the actual problems concerning the spheres of political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries were discussed. The experts also discussed the priority problems of internal development, including the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the expansion of partnership between Russia and Kazakhstan in bilateral and multilateral formats.
