From August 31 to September 1, 2022 Kazan hosts Tatarstan Oil and Gas Chemical Forum, one of the largest international events for the oil and gas industry in Russia.

The Forum is an effective platform of expanding business cooperation between the industry enterprises both regionally and internationally, promoting modern technologies and equipment, as well as exchanging ideas, obtaining relevant information on key topics of the industry, holding business meetings of the industrial and business community.

Stanislav Zhukov, Deputy Director of IMEMO, and Ivan Kopytin, Head of the Center for Energy Research, made a presentation “Decarbonization Strategies of the World’s Largest Oil and Gas Companies: Experience for Sustainable Development of Russia” at the international scientific and practical conference “European Union Decision on Decarbonization. A Year Later” within the framework of the Tatarstan Oil and Gas Chemical Forum.
