On November 1, 2023 Stanislav Zhukov, Acting Deputy Director for Scientific Work of IMEMO, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Dr. of Science (Economics), delivered a report "Cooperation of the Countries of the Greater Eurasian Partnership within the Framework of the Climate Agenda and Global Energy Transition: Opportunities and Challenges for Russia" at the International Scientific Conference "VI Efimov Memorial Conference.

Prospects and Challenges of Regional Economic Integration and Multilateral Cooperation" in the framework of the session "DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATION IN THE GREATER EURASIAN PARTNERSHIP IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CLIMATE AGENDA AND GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION".

The session discussed areas of cooperation and possible initiatives of Russia in the EAEU, SCO, BRICS and other integrations, which will ensure the leadership and connectivity of the Greater Eurasian Partnership in the new technological order being formed today against the background of the fight against climate change.

The event is organized by the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
