On December 13, 2022 Deputy Director of IMEMO, RAS Professor, Dr. of Science (History) Alexander Lomanov participated via video link in the II International Conference "Eurasian Transboundary Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation" held in Novosibirsk and spoke at the second plenary session "Economic, Innovative and Humanitarian transboundary Cooperation" with a report "20th CPC National Congress: China’s Prospects, Challenges and Opportunities for Russia".

The work of the plenary session was headed by Vyacheslav Seliverstov, Dr. of Science (Economics), Director of the International Scientific Center for Problems of Cross-Border Interactions in the North and North-East Asia, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The conference was organized by the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SB RAS) represented by the International Scientific Center for Problems of Cross-Border Interactions of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences together with the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, "Technopark of the Novosibirsk Academgorodok" Foundation and Novosibirsk State University.
