During the International Conference “The Concept of Security of the Union State in the Context of Global Geopolitical Transformation” held by the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISI), Director of IMEMO Feodor Voitolovsky was awarded the BISI Honorary Diploma for his contribution to the development of Belarusian-Russian cooperation.
