International Expert Discussion at NIIRK

On December 14, 2022 Maria Pavlova, Cand. of Science (History), Research Fellow of the Sector for Political Aspects of European Integration of the Department for European Political Studies, took part in the International Expert Discussion "Communication Regimes of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia" at the National Communications Development Research Institution (NIIRK).

The speech was dealt with the situation of Russian-speaking minority in the Baltic states and the problems of applying the theory of communication regimes in the study of the region.

The event was organized by the National Communications Development Research Institution and the journal “Russia and the World: Scientific Dialogue”.
