The Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Moscow on June 24, 2025. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the 11th International Scientific and Expert Primakov Readings Forum.
IMEMO was represented by Director Feodor Voitolovsky, Head of the Center of the Indo-Pacific Region Alexey Kupriyanov and Junior Research Fellow of the Center of the Indo-Pacific Region Gleb Makarevich. From Pakistani side the MoU was signed by Director General ISSI Ambassador Sohail Mahmood who came to Moscow for participation in the Forum.
