Deputy Director of IMEMO, Corresponding Member of the RAS Vasily Mikheev held a meeting with the delegation from the Intelligence Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea headed by the chairman of the Committee Mr. Kim Gwan Lim.
The meeting was attended by the head of Section of the Asia-Pacific region problems Dr. Alexander Fedorovskiy and junior research associate Kristina Voda.
Current issues of international relations in North East Asia were discussed at the meeting as well as Russia’s and Republic of Korea’s role in security and economic cooperation on the Korean Peninsula.
