First Deputy Director of Primakov Institute of World Economy and International Relaions (IMEMO) Academician Natalya Ivanova and Corresponding Member of RAS Gennady Chufrin met the delegation of President’s of Kazakhstan library headed by Deputy Director, Head of analytical sector of the library Timur Shaimargenov.

Head of international and national projects service of the Library Marian Abisheva and Chief Consultant of information-analytical center of the Prime Minister’s of the Republic of Kazakhstan Office Dinara Shurshenova also participated in the meeting.

During the conversation it was decided to establish a close cooperation between IMEMO and the Kazakhstan President Library and discussed its concrete forms including joint conferences and seminars on political and socio-economic issues in the post-Soviet space, current information about scientific publications on this topic exchange, as well as assisting in the preparation of the Kazakh side of scientific personnel of higher qualification.
