Master Ñlass for young scientists and postgraduates of IMEMO on the topic “Situational Analysis of the New Conflict in the Middle East”

On November 25, 2024, Stanislav Ivanov, Lead Researcher of the Center for International Security, Cand. of Science (History), held a master class for young scientists and postgraduates of IMEMO on the topic “Situational Analysis of the New Conflict in the Middle East”.

The event was held in the format of a short presentation by the main speaker followed by a free conversation. The discussion focused on the most likely scenarios for the development of events, possible actions of Israel, Iran, the United States and non-state actors. 

The event was moderated by the Head of the Center for International Security, Academician Alexey Arbatov.
