23On November 25, 2024, Stanislav Ivanov, Lead Researcher of the Center for International Security, Cand. of Science (History), held a master class for young scientists and postgraduates of IMEMO on the topic “Situational Analysis of the New Conflict in the Middle East”.
The event was held in the format of a short presentation by the main speaker followed by a free conversation. The discussion focused on the most likely scenarios for the development of events, possible actions of Israel, Iran, the United States and non-state actors.
The event was moderated by the Head of the Center for International Security, Academician Alexey Arbatov.
