(Economics) has published the next theoretical article of the cycle "A Sight Through Time: From the History of Interaction Between the State and Entrepreneurship" in the journal "Economic Strategies" No. 5 (147).
The Lecture 5 is devoted to the Role of the State in the Economy during the post-October period - "Russian and Soviet Marxism about the Role of the State in the Economy".
The following lecture of the series on the Role of State in the Economy (see ES – 2016 N 2, 3, 4; 2017 N 2) deals with Concepts of the Marxism ideologists and practitioners in the post-October 1917-period on the State’s Role in the Economy. Three periods of Economic Policy and considered and the economic role of the state corresponding to each of the Periods: Military Communism, the New Economic Policy (NEP), the Command-Administrative System and the Reform of 1965 are considered. The attitude towards the Role of the State in the Economy of the theoreticians and practitioners is investigated.
