1522Forum "Oil and Gas Dialogue" of IMEMO held the seminar: "Low world oil prices and their impact on the Russian economy and oil and gas sector" on October 21, 2015. The seminar was chaired by First Deputy Director of IMEMO Academician N. Ivanova.
