Course "The Emerging World Order: Risks and Opportunities for Russia"

On November 22-25, 2022 the IMEMO Joint Department at the MGIMO is conducting a theoretical and practical course entitled "The Emerging World Order: Risks and Opportunities for Russia". The course is aimed at developing a systematic understanding of the main approaches to the analysis of the world order, the nature and dynamics of its transformations, methods of forecasting and strategic planning, long-term trends in the development of the world economy, as well as the role of Russia, the United States and China in these processes.

The classes will be conducted by IMEMO experts in the field of world economy and international relations. The professional development program is aimed at graduate and postgraduate students of Russian universities and research organizations, as well as everyone interested in current trends in international relations, foreign policy issues of the Russian Federation, global and regional economic, social and political processes.

The program is implemented within the framework of the consortium MGIMO – IMEMO (strategic project "Global Studies for Global Russia" of MGIMO development program (project "Priority 2030").

Upon successful completion of the program a MGIMO certificate of advanced training is issued.
