On April 29, 2025, Maria Khorolskaya, Research Fellow of the Department for European Political Studies, Cand. of Science (Politics), took part in the Roundtable “Prospects for German Policy after the Bundestag Elections” organized by the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISS).

Maria Khorolskaya presented a report “New Government with New Amendments: Possible Changes in the Foreign and Security Policy of the Federal Republic of Germany”. The report analyzed the amendments to the Basic Law and the provisions of the Coalition Agreement and also concluded on the impact of the innovations on Germany's defense policy.
