Staff-members of the Center for Asia Pacific Studies of the IMEMO took part in the Russia-Korea international conference of think tanks “THE FUTURE OF NORTHEAST ASIA AND KOREA-RUSSIA RELATIONS”.

They were:

- Head of Research for the Center for Asia Pacific Studies of the IMEMO, Academician Vasily Mikheev;

- Head of the Group of the Asia-Pacific Region Problems, Dr. Alexander Fedorovskiy;

- Senior Researcher Oleg Davydov (former Ambassador at Large);

- Head of the Group of Economics and Politics of Japan, Cand. of Science (Economics) Vitaly Shvydko;

- Head of the Sector of Economics and Politics of China, Cand. of Science (Economics) Sergey Lukonin;

- Junior Research Fellow Boris Anosov.

During the meeting there were discussed the general issues of the international cooperation and the prospects for Russia-South Korea cooperation.
