5On December 12, 2023, Alexander Krylov, Chief Research Fellow of the Sector for the Caucasus of the Center for post-Soviet Studies of IMEMO, commented to the Armenian news channel Alpha News on the intention of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan to fly to Washington to negotiate a peaceful settlement between the countries – "One should Think Ten Times before Increasing the Role of the West in the Region".
The next issue of the “MEMO Journal” (No. 3, 2025) is published. It opens with an article on the experience of systematic study of the discourse of intervention at the UN. The readers' attention will be drawn to the materials touching upon the problems of development in the post-Soviet space, including the Central Asian region, as well as analyzing the formation of the idea of patriotism in the agenda of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.
