Members of the joint workshop group set up by IMEMO and the Chinese Institute of Contemporary International Relations met on September 9, 2013 to discuss the joint project «New Security Pattern for the Pacific» and work on its final report. The meeting was presided over by deputy director IMEMO, corresponding member V. Mikheev and Director of the Institute of World Policy Studies Dr. Zhai Kun.
