Issue No. 9 for 2024 of the MEMO Journal is out of print. The issue opens with an article by P. Topychkanov on India's influence on the formation of a multipolar nuclear order.

The American section includes articles by N. Bubnova on U.S. supplies to Ukraine as a polarizing factor in the presidential election campaign, N. Kuznetsov analyzes the principles of the American approach to China, and U. Artamonova explores the phenomenon of “political warfare” in Russia-U.S. relations at the present stage.

European topics are represented by L. Shishelina's article on the prospects of Visegrad cooperation.

The section on China's domestic and foreign policy includes an article by T. Rovinskaya devoted to the concept of “ecological civilization” as the basis of China's “green” strategy. S. Sherstyukov analyzes the role of Turkey in Central Asia.

The new section “BRICS: Present and Future” features articles by I. Dezhina and T. Gareyev on the prospects of technological cooperation between Russia and the new member countries of this organization. N. Zamaraeva analyzes the relationship between Pakistan and the International Monetary Fund.
