The General Meeting of the Russian Academy of Science was held online for the first time on June 23, 2020. President of the Russian Academy of Science Alexander Sergeev made report about the most important scientific achievements of the Russian scientists in the year 2019. The research by the scientists of the Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the RAS (Elena Sadovaya, Vera Sautkina, Alexey Zenkov) is among them.
