International Joint Conference IMEMO-KASS

December 12, 2013 IMEMO RAN and Korean Association of Slavic Studies (KASS, Republic of Korea) held a joint international conference "The Results of the Russia-Korea Summit in Seoul and Its Implementation".
The participants of the Conference discussed issues related to the main agenda of the Russian-South Korean summit in Seoul, Russia's role in the peace process in Northeast Asia and the Korean Peninsula.
Special attention was paid to the prospects of Russian-South Korean cooperation in the development of the Russian Far East and the modernization of the Russian economy.
