The Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) of the Russian Academy of Sciences  held an expert meeting with the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (MP-IDSA) in New Delhi on March 1, 2024.

The IMEMO delegation included Head of the Center of the Indo-Pacific Region Alexey Kupriyanov, Head of the Sector of Economy and Politics of China of the Center for Asia Pacific Studies Sergey Lukonin, Senior Researcher of the Center for International Security Konstantin Bogdanov and Junior Research Fellow of the Center of the Indo-Pacific Region Gleb Makarevich.

The experts discussed the specifics of warfare in Ukraine, role of new modern military technologies on the battlefield,  prospects of Russia-India defense cooperation.
