1201Viktor Komarovsky and Elena Sadovaya took part in the III St.Petersburg International Labour Forum which is the largest discussion platform in the country to discuss the issues of the labour market and the development of the human capital. The forum is organized by the Government of St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg State University and ExpoForum-International company. The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
