176Dr Ekaterina Stepanova, IMEMO’s lead researcher and Head of Peace and Conflict Studies Group, has published a chapter on Russia in The Oxford Handbook on the Responsibility to Protect. Dr Stepanova’contribution (Chapter 22) focuses on the Russian approaches to and experience with R2P.
Natalia Romashkina presented a report “Malicious Use of Artificial Intelligence and Challenges to Nuclear Stability in the BRICS Countries: Military-Political and Information and Psychological Aspects” at the Roundtable “Malicious Use of Artificial Intelligence and Challenges to Information and Psychological Security of BRICS”.
