Feodor Voitolovsky, Director of IMEMO, gave an interview to “Sputnik” radio at the Eastern Economic Forum, in which he discussed:

  •  Is the Russian diaspora in the United States losing to emigrants from Ukraine and Poland?
  •  Biden does not want to recognize Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. Why?
  •  China will not join the G7 on the issue of a price ceiling on Russian oil.
  •  Secondary sanctions. Do they threaten India, which buys oil from Russia.
