On December 2-3 the All-Russia Conference with international participation of the Russian Political Science Association "Political Challenges and Political Dialogue in the Context of Global Turbulence" was held. The event was held at the sites of INION and MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Researchers from leading university and academic institutions of Russia as well as representatives of political science communities from 27 foreign countries took part in the plenary session, the work of sections of research committees, special thematic sessions and other formats. On the first day the Reporting and Election Conference of the RPSA was also held, and the elections of the governing bodies of the Association took place. Oksana Gaman-Golutvina, Dr. of Science (Politics), Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, was re-elected as President of the RPSA for a new term. 

Employees of IMEMO took part in the event and made presentations.
