A European Workshop on the topic “Britain and the EU after the "divorce": is differentiated integration possible?”

Chief Research Fellow for the Department of International Political Problems of the IMEMO Dr. Marina Strezhneva made an online report on the further development of the relations between the UK and the EU after the Brexit at the expert seminar “Britain and the EU after the "divorce": is differentiated integration possible?”, held by the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Studies (CCEIS) of the HSE University on February 10, 2022.

The speaker believes, that in this particular case, we cannot exclude the differentiated integration, and, to some extent, it still exists. At the same time, London's (re)application for the full EU membership looks much less likely.
