Discussion Forum «European Dialogues» (Director of Research programs Arbatova Nadezhda) has held a seminar în «Eurasianism: Ideology, Politics or Economics?». Andrei Zubov, Professor of Philosophy at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and D.Sc. (History), Alexander Auzan, President, National Planning Institute (NPI) for the «Civil Contract» national project, and Alexei Portansky, Professor of the High School of Economics and Senior Researcher at IMEMO, have presented their views at the seminar.
