Elena Nikitina and Mikhail Grigoryev made reports at the Northern Forum on Sustainable Development held in Yakutsk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Lead Researcher for the Department of Global Economic Problems and Foreign Economic Policy of the IMEMO Mikhail Grigoryev made a report and moderated the roundtable conference “The Small Northern Sea Route: the sustainability of the development of the coastal regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)”. At this meeting Head of the Section for the Global Economic Problems of the Department of Global Economic Problems and Foreign Economic Policy of the IMEMO Elena Nikitina made a report on the establishing of new markets for goods and services in the Arctic.

Mikhail Grigoryev also took part in the international webinar “Russia-Korea cooperation in the Arctic”.
