IMEMO experts named the world's leading maritime powers

During the III International Scientific and Practical Conference "World Ocean – Space of Cooperation and Competition", IMEMO experts named the world's leading maritime powers. In the presented report "Maritime Powers 2025: IMEMO Indices (2.0)", the experts calculated the index of maritime power of various countries and identified ten with the most powerful potential in the World Ocean.

Russia is in the top three.
