Dr Ekaterina Stepanova, head of IMEMO's Peace and Conflict Studies Unit, has authored a policy memo on "Russia’s Approach to Afghanistan Following the Taliban Takeover" as part of the PONARS Eurasia Policy Memos series published by Program on New Approaches to Research and Security in Eurasia, Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies, George Washington University.
