Alexander Dynkin, Full Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Director of IMEMO; Alexei Portansky, Professor of the High School of Economics and Senior Researcher at IMEMO, and Sergey Dubinin, Chairman of the VTB bank Supervisory Council, presented their views at the seminar.
