9Viktor Komarovsky made an oline-report called “Demand as a factor in regulating labor migration” in the framework of the all-Russian scientific and practical conference “The migration process in the modern world”, which was held in a mixed format at the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V. Kikot.
The conference was dedicated to the issues of the various aspects of the implementation of the Concept of State Migration Policy of the Russian Federation, of the methods of monitoring the migration situation, of the partnership and the interaction of the civil society institutions and the internal affairs bodies, as well as of the challenges of the improvement of the management of migration processes in the context of the spread of the COVID-19 infection and of a number of other aspects.
