2021 Outer Space Security Conference

Dmitry Stefanovich made a report and took part in a discussion on the problem of dual-use space infrastructure at the “2021 Outer Space Security Conference”, which was held by the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research.

Dmitry Stefanovich provided examples of the relevant technologies and of the possible threats. He formulated the possible approaches to the development of politically and legally binding regimes capable of preventing further escalation of tension and confrontation in outer space.
