Lev Gudkov, Director of Levada-Centre; Kirill Rogov, Senior Research Fellow at the Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy and Alexei Arbatov, Head of International Security Centre at IMEMO have presented their views at the seminar. “European Dialogues” is a joint initiative of IMEMO RAS and non-governmental organization the Foundation for European Integration (FEI).
